The job
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a strong brigade where you will be doing lots of hands-on cooking and learning, operating across multiple sections and contributing to the ongoing success of the kitchen.
What you'll need
A minimum of one year experience cooking fresh food within a professional kitchen
A passion for local and seasonal produce
A real desire to learn and expand your cookery knowledge
Where you'll be based
The hotel is in the centre of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£32,000 per annum
A share of tips, equating to c.£200 per month
Working straight shifts across 48 hours per week
28 days annual leave
