The job
You will work within an experienced brigade, either as a CDP or Sous Chef, to create exceptional modern dishes with a French twist. You'll have a great opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the exciting future success of the business and tips here are very good - c.£450-£650 per month
What you'll need
Preferably 2 years experience in a restaurant kitchen
A passion for modern food with a French twist
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Where you'll be based
The restaurant is based close to the centre of Ipswich, unfortunately there is no staff parking available but it is easily accessible from the train and bus station
What you'll receive
- £28,500 - £32,000 per annum
- Full time employment, working 48 hours per week on a rota basis
- Closed Sunday evening
- Excellent tips equating to c.£450-£650 per month
- 28 days annual leave
