The job
As Chef de Partie you will work within a brigade of four led by Head Chef Sam Clover in an environment where you can absorb his knowledge and experience gained from working in multiple Michelin Star kitchens. You'll be responsible for the starter section, a CDP role in the traditional sense and you'll be encouraged to bring new menu ideas to the table.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who wishes to continue their culinary education at an incredibly high-level whilst remaining in Suffolk.
What you'll need
A minimum of 12 months experience in a commercial kitchen, although an attitude and passion to learn is paramount
A thirst for expanding your knowledge and progressing your cooking career in a food-led environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Own transport due to rural location

What you'll receive
£32,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time employment, working full time hours over 4 days per week
3 days off per week
Excellent tips, typically £6k per annum
