The job
As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of the busy site, delivering high volume covers while raising and maintaining service standards. You will be responsible for P&L, staff management and recruitment, compliance, and more.
What you'll need
Considerable management experience within a hospitality setting
Some retail experience in addition would be advantageous
A calm, positive leader who can motivate a team and deal with issues in the moment
Commercially aware, with an eye on sales, labour and waste
Own transport due to location
Where you'll be based
The site is in the Suffolk Coastal area
What you'll receive
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full working 45 hours per week, 5 days from 7 on a rota basis
28 days annual leave
