The Bildeston Crown is a 15th century former coaching inn and 3AA Rosette restaurant set in one of the historic Suffolk ‘wool towns’. Part of the Nedging Hall Estate, a wider group of local hospitality venues with exciting growth ambitions and environmental and sustainability targets.

The job

As Breakfast Server you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables during breakfast service. You'll be a keyholder and will open the building in the mornings when on shift, taking responsibility for organising breakfast service for the guests.

What you'll need

Experience in a front of house role within hospitality
A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
Commitment to delivering high levels of service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

What you'll receive

£12.50 per hour
Share of management gratuities working out to £4+ per hour
Working 6:30am - 12pm five days from seven, with an option of working until 3pm should you require more hours
