The job

As Bakery Shop Manager you will be oversee a small, close-knit team of bakery staff serving freshly made bread and baked goods with a smile. You'll provide customers with impeccable service and keep the bakery looking its best at all times. You'll also be responsible for correct order management and baking off bread as required.

What you'll need

Experience working in food retail environment preferred
Excellent teamworking skills, collaborating with colleagues to offer customers the very best service
Experience working as a baker would be huge advantage
Willingness to take the bulk of your annual leave out of season - if you know Aldeburgh you will know why!

The shop is based in Aldeburgh High Street

What you'll receive

£13.50 per hour
Working Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4pm
28 days annual leave
