As Assistant Manager you'll be right at the heart of the day-to-day café operation - leading opens and closes, keeping service and standards high, and making sure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience, taking on full responsibility in the GM's absence.

You'll help build a happy, motivated team, involved in training new starters and developing the people around you. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who leads by example and takes real pride in the details.
