The job
As Administrator & Accounts Assistant you will provide general and finance administrative support to the business. You'll deal with all incoming telephone enquiries, photocopying, filing, completing standard documentation for clients (O&M manuals) and respond to routine correspondence.
Accounts-wise, you will raise purchase orders, process invoices (matching to purchase orders and goods received notes), complete and maintain manual and computerised records and reports, and raise sales invoices and provide credit control.
You'll also maintain our social media and send regular mailshots and undertake other tasks as required by the management team
What you'll need
Strong administration and data input experience with excellent attention to detail.
Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word.
An enthusiastic and professional approach to get into the detail of queries and help provide resolutions.
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Where you'll be based
The offices are in a rural location in Thurston, Suffolk, and the role is 100% office-based
What you'll receive
£25,000 per annum (fte)
Working between 20-30 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days
31 days annual leave (fte) inclusive of bank holidays
