The company
Hillfarm Oils produces cold-pressed rapeseed oil from their family farm in Heveningham. It is part of a diverse, family-run group of farming businesses in rural Suffolk, including traditional arable farming, a broiler chicken farm, and a solar park.
The job
As Production Operative you will work as part of a small team on the filling lines, presenting empty bottles to the line, watching filling, moving to boxes and onto pallets. You will be an important part of quality control to ensure a perfect product leaves the warehouse every time. As all jobs are shared, your day will be varied and you will never be stuck on one part of the process all day.
Should you require full time work, there are additional duties to include mail order packing, wrapping pallets, cleaning the production line, stock takes, and more.
What you'll need
A good eye for detail to ensure a quality finished product
A good level of physical fitness
Enjoy working as part of a small team
Forklift licence beneficial
A full UK driving licence due to rural location

The modern warehouse is based on the family farm in Heveningham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
- £11.50 per hour, employed on a permanent contract
- Part time hours Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Consistent work for a good employer
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
