The job

As Sushi Chef you will run the sushi bar in our restaurant, a customer-facing role which will require direct communication with guests and diners. You will prepare fresh ingredients by hand and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment in your work station and the wider kitchen. A fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll need

Experienced Sushi Chef
High standards of plate presentation
Courteous and well-presented
Full UK driving licence due to location

Where you'll be based

The resort is located close to the Suffolk/Essex border, 20 minutes from Colchester and 30 minutes from Ipswich

What you'll receive

£15.00 - £16.00 per hour dependent on experience
Working 48 hours per week 5 days from 7 with overtime available
