The job
As Quantity Surveyor and Estimator within the special works division, you will be the Commercial Lead for a c£5m revenue department running c50 tradesman. You will price and QS your own projects under the guidance of the commercial director.
What you'll need
Experienced Quantity Surveyor
Excellent build knowledge
Experience pricing schemes on first principles using direct labour
Experience in heritage work essential
Where you'll be based
The offices are in a rural location in Thurston, Suffolk, and the role is 100% office-based
What you'll receive
£35,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience
Car allowance
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
