The job
This is a hands-on Sous Chef role for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a busy, quality-driven kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and help maintain the high standards the pub is known for.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting menu development, ensuring consistency across service and helping to lead and motivate a skilled brigade of four. This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in seasonal cooking and enjoys developing both their craft and their team.

What you'll need
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a busy pub, restaurant, hotel or similar.
A supportive team player with strong communication skills.
A passion for seasonal cooking and high-quality local produce.
Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain standards during busy services.
Calm, focused and reliable under pressure with strong attention to detail.

What you'll receive
£35,000 + £5,000 tips per annum
