The job
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be replacing a longstanding retiring member of staff looking after the companies biggest and most challenging projects across residential and commercial. You'll take schemes from inception, through planning, and into construction, as well as assisting in design coordination alongside your QS work.
What you'll need
Highly experience QS in residential and commercial schemes
Experience in taking a scheme through from inception, through planning, and into construction
Excellent build knowledge
Estimating experience preferred but not essential
Based within 45 minutes of Bury St Edmunds
Where you'll be based
The offices are in a rural location in Thurston, Suffolk, and the role is 100% office-based
What you'll receive
£55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Car allowance
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
