The employer
Hillfarm Oils produces cold-pressed rapeseed oil from their family farm in Heveningham. It is part of a diverse, family-run group of farming businesses in rural Suffolk, including traditional arable farming, a broiler chicken farm, and a solar park.
The job
Within this Sales & Account Management role you will be responsible for the running of a small sales office where you will act as sole point of contact for new and existing clients of Hillfarm Oils. You'll build meaningful relationships with retailers large and small, including actively approaching potential stockists with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue. You'll also oversee the ecommerce and direct-to-consumer strategies, as well as handling all sales administration and working closely with production to ensure your sales are fulfilled as promised.
What you'll need
Experienced in both b2b and b2c sales, account management, and e-commerce in an FMCG environment
Proven track record of building relationships to drive revenue
Being a real foodie would be a huge plus!
Experience of supplying to large retailers an advantage
A real self-starter, able to work autonomously to targets
A full UK driving licence due to rural location

The modern warehouse and offices are based on the family farm in Heveningham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Commission linked to revenue generation
Business mileage paid
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
