As Retail Manager you will manage and control the day-to-day operation of both the bakery shop and the chocolate shops in Orford & Woodbridge.

You will oversee the production of food in the bakery shop - maintaining and monitoring HACCP, schedules and stock, and product quality. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver the highest standards of quality and service, as well as setting rotas and providing line management and support to staff.

Although a management role, you will be leading from the front, serving customers in the bakery shop and being very hands-on.

You’ll report to the Executive Director, taking an active position in the management team and work cohesively with the bakehouse and chocolate divisions to enable production of products, stock control and sales, and ensure growth for Pump Street.
