Award-winning brewer, hotelier, & wine merchant of some 500+ employees

The job

As Recruitment Coordinator you will establish first contact with all new job applicants, providing initial screening and managing the full recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business, from arranging interviews and making offers.

You will oversee and manage all roles on the ATS system, matching people to appropriate jobs, agreeing all recruitment requirements with managers and embed the new starters into the business.

What you'll need

Proven experience within internal recruitment a huge advantage
Exceptional administrator in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise your own workload and manage a large volume recruitment process
Effective communicator with strong influencing skills, comfortable and confident in a variety of settings
Ability to build strong relationships across all areas of the business.
Full driving licence and own transport

Where you'll be based

You will work hybrid between the office in Reydon and home, with some time being spent at the companies' various locations in Suffolk and Norfolk

What you'll receive

Salary of £26,500 plus £7,000 car allowance (effective salary)
Full time employment working Monday-Friday
Hybrid working with minimum of 3 days per week in the office
