The job
As Receptionist you will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional and memorable first impression to all guests at Wilderness Reserve. Your role supports the day-to-day operation of the reception and guest arrival experience, ensuring exceptional customer service standards across guest communications, check-in/check-out support, retail and barista services, stock control, and presentation of the reception environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, providing accurate information and triaging requests to the appropriate internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the estate.

You will often need to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key.
Barista experience is a bonus.
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.
Where you'll be based
Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
£12.71 per hour
Employed role (permanent contract)
Working 40-45 hours per week over a five day period, to include weekends
Regular shift of 9am-6pm, with occasional early shift (7am-4pm) and late shift (10am-7pm)
