The job
Here at Wilderness Reserve we are passionate about serving memorable moments for every one of our guests and our Receptionist would need to embody that passion.
Day-to-day you’ll be greeting our guests and ensuring every customer experience is an excellent one, managing the Barista area, preparing and packing sweet orders along with our local produce range, continually monitor stock levels of supplies and confectionery, maintain cleanliness across the shop and ensuring the ambience is set ready for our guests’ arrival. An eye for detail and presentation is essential.
You'll answer the reception phone to triage guest requirements to the correct internal department, assist the events team with guest check in/out, prepare room keys ahead of guest arrival, and oversee the allocation of our fleet of complimentary BMW’s and administration of Driver Licence checks and disclaimer forms.
What you'll need
You will be enthusiastic about service and hospitality, exceptionally organised and committed to setting only the highest standards.
An excellent team player with a positive and lively attitude
An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.
You will often need to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key.
Barista experience is a bonus.
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
£12.21 per hour
Employed role (permanent contract)
Working 16-18 hours per week over a Saturday and Sunday
