The job

As Purchase Ledger Administrator you will work as part of a small finance team within this successful business. You'll process purchase invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders; reconcile and process credit card payments; deal directly with suppliers and reconcile statements; manage utility suppliers; process subcontractor invoices; plus provide administrative support to the finance department.

What you'll need

Experienced accounts administrator
Strong IT skills with Microsoft products
Experience of CIS and reverse VAT an advantage but not essential
Experience using 'Evolution M' accounting software an advantage but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A desire to muck in and assist colleagues with a variety of tasks
Full driving licence and transport due to location

Where you'll be based

The offices are in a rural location in Thurston, Suffolk

What you'll receive

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (37.5 hour week)
30 days annual leave, increasing to 31 in 2025 (including bank holidays)
