The job

As Project Administrator you will play a central role in coordinating project delivery, ensuring materials, resources, and schedules are effectively managed. Acting as the key link between sales, design, procurement, suppliers, and installation teams, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need

Essential
Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or project support role.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired
Experience within the renewable energy, construction, engineering, or utilities sectors.
Experience coordinating logistics, procurement, or installation schedules.
Knowledge of project management systems and scheduling software.

Where you'll be based

The offices are based in Woodbridge, Suffolk

What you'll receive

£28,000 per annum
Full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Private healthcare
28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
