The job
As Product Specialist you will visit end-users in their homes to conduct hands-on clinical assessments and deliver product demonstrations of your recommendations. You will build strong and trusting relationships with the end-users and their families, ensuring they receive the most suitable products whilst applying a level of commerciality to your work. Your appointments will mostly be pre-arranged, typically two per day, so you must be comfortable with driving!
What you'll need
Experience in field-based sales or product specialist role, or from a clinical background (physio/OT) looking for a change of direction
Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
Confident delivering hands-on assessments and demonstrations
Self-motivated, logical and professional
Motivated by both clinical outcomes and commercial success
Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
Professional, empathetic and customer-focused
Full driving licence
Where you'll be based
You will be field-based from the head office location in Thurston, Suffolk. You will predominantly cover the East of England, from Milton Keynes eastwards.
What you'll receive
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience
Salary reviewed to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum following successful 6-12 month training period
Performance related bonus
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with some flexibility around appointments
