The job

As PA & Office Manager you will ensure the smooth functioning of the complete administrative operations of the owners and their business interests. You'll manage the small office, working autonomously for the most part. Key duties will include:
Create complex international itineraries, including travel logistics and bookings
Support bookkeeping activities using Xero, collaborating with external accountants
Build positive relationships with clients, senior management, and service providers
Handle administrative tasks related to other professional activities, including book publishing and maintaining website, social media platforms

What you'll need

Proven, relevant experience in a similar role
Unquestioned integrity and reliability
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Confidence in working independently and alone
Outstanding IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated, able to handle pressure and alter priorities efficiently
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Office 365 and proficiency in Xero would be advantageous

Where you'll be based

You will be based on the employers estate based close to Southwold - working on site (no hybrid working)

What you'll receive

£50,000 per annum salary
Employed contract, working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
33 days annual leave including bank holidays
