The job
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to work closely alongside a renowned Head Pastry Chef. A brand-new open kitchen delivers a modern, casual fine dining experience inspired by bold Spanish and Mediterranean flavours, with clear aspirations of achieving Michelin star recognition.
This role is designed for someone passionate, ambitious, and eager to grow with the company. The plan is for the Pastry Sous Chef to develop into the position of Head Pastry Chef, making this an exceptional career-progression opportunity for the right candidate who shares the vision of Michelin-level success.
Each service hosts just 20 covers, creating an intimate dining environment with meaningful guest interaction. You will work with exceptional ingredients including seasonal produce sourced directly from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden..
What you'll need
Experienced Pastry Chef with an attitude and passion to learn
Well presented due to the open kitchen environment
A calm, creative, and focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a small, tight-knit team
Passion for quality, consistency, and innovation
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

What you'll receive
£34,000 - £36,000 per annum dependent on experience
