Part Time Accountant

The job

As Company Accountant an expanding family-owned construction group of companies with £5m+ revenue you will work as part of the senior management and leadership team reporting to the Directors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inter-company transactions
- VAT, CIS, PAYE, Payroll
- Costings, budgeting, forecast, and cashflow
- Manage day to day cash management across the group
- Insurance renewals
- Stock control and asset management
- Liaising with the CITB, colleges, and HMRC
- Credit control

What you'll need

Experience of group accounts and inter-company transactions.
A construction background preferred but not essential.
Experienced with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Projects, and BrightPay preferred
Comfortable using Apple Mac computers
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate their viewpoints effectively to all levels of management.
Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Driving licence and transport due to location

Where you'll be based

The office is based close to Framlingham, Suffolk, in an agricultural-type setting. 100% office based, no home working

What you'll receive

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum full time equivalent
Employed role (permanent contract)
Ideally 24-32 hours per week; flexible on schedule
28 days holiday including bank holidays (fte)
