The job
As Night Porter you will deliver exceptional out of hours service to our guests, responding to needs and emergencies, handling early checkouts, answering internal calls, and monitoring security.
What you'll need
Experience working in a similar role an advantage
Experience of computerised front office systems
A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Where you'll be based
The Wentworth Hotel holds a prominent location on Aldeburgh seafront, on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
What you'll receive
- £25,000 per annum
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Straight shifts working 11pm-7am 5 days from 7 on a rota basis
- Onsite accommodation available at the cost of £45 per week
