The job

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business and drive growth. You'll conduct market research to identify target audience and create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. You'll work closely with heads of departments to develop bespoke marketing initiatives and monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results

What you'll need

An experienced Marketing Manager, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
Ability to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Where you'll be based

You will be based at the hotel just outside Hadleigh, in stunning Suffolk countryside

What you'll receive

- £34,000 - £37,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Monday-Friday working week with occasional weekend availability for events
- 28 days annual leave
