The job
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the smooth-running of all areas of the operation. You'll handle stock management, profit & loss, management and development of staff to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. You'll also contribute to driving sales and footfall trough merchandising and marketing, including social media and marketing strategies, influencer relationship management, and ensuring branding is cohesive in store and online.

What you'll need

An understanding and appreciation of the store's concept
Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc)
Exceptional social media skills and an ability to maintain a consistent brand and aesthetic
Where you'll be based
10 Harleston is based in the centre of Harleston
What you'll receive
£15.00 per hour
Working three days per week - with flexibility for full days, shorter days, or a combination
Store opening times Monday-Saturday 9am-4:30pm
Occasional Saturday required
28 days annual leave (full time equivalent)
