An established and reputable construction, project management and design & development company completing architect and client-led residential building projects predominantly in Norfolk and Suffolk.

The job

As the companies lead groundworker & landscaper you’ll undertake a wide variety of groundworks, drainage, hard landscaping, and concreting works on high-end residential building. The team is small but dedicated and you will be an integral part, taking a lead on all groundworks and finishing works including driveways, patios, and pathways. Your role will be physically demanding and involve machine work on diggers and dumpers, plus working to drawings, setting levels etc.

What you'll need

Experience in groundworks, excavation & concrete foundations, oversites, drainage, small scale demolition, steelwork, and hard landscaping on residential projects, preferably not mass housebuilding
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Experience of operating forward-tipping dumpers and diggers
Pride in your work
You must be a real team player with a willingness to muck in
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport
You must have a CV detailing your work history

Projects undertaken across East Anglia

What you'll receive

- £20.00 - £22.00 per hour employed
- Monday to Friday working week
- Company van
- Performance bonuses
- 28 days annual leave
