An interior design practice and consultancy creating inspiring spaces at the very highest end of the residential and hospitality sectors across East Anglia, London, and the Home Counties. The business is going from strength to strength, expanding rapidly and consolidating their exceptional market position.
The job
You'll work closely with the Directors on the design and management of projects ranging from £100k-£500k in value, playing a key role in the whole project lifecycle, including creative and delivery. You will be conducting site visits, liaising closely with the client to ensure progress is on schedule and to the required standard, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. Plenty of time will also be spent in the studio, producing drawings using AutoCAD for cabinet makers and joinery workshops, and collaborating with our team of designers to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
What you'll need
Extensive project management experience within the interior design/architecture industry
First class knowledge on how to run a project from conception to completion
Strong understanding the level of detail and client interaction required for high end residential projects
Skilled at using AutoCAD to produce technical drawings, both 2D and 3D
Passionate and dynamic with a desire to grow with the business
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport
Willingness to undertake site visits, typically 1-2 days per week
Where you'll be based
The studio is based in a beautiful Georgian building in the heart of the market town of Saxmundham, with an expectation to be present daily, in order to work collaboratively on projects.
What you'll receive
- A flexible salary, dependent on experience
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 9am - 5:30pm, and one Saturday (10am - 3pm) in eleven
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
