The job

As Group Finance Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day overseeing of the financial operations of the entire group, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You'll manage financial reporting and business analysis at a group level, undertaking cash flow and treasury management, internal controls and compliance, business partnering and strategic support, and effectively managing the finance team to complete their duties.

What you'll need

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification (or equivalent experience – part qualified considered)
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance.
Experience in group consolidations, financial reporting, and business analysis.
Prior experience in a multi-entity group structure is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles (UK GAAP).
Proficiency in financial software (Access) and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical solutions to financial challenges.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Full driving licence and transport due to location

Where you'll be based

The offices are in Stradbroke, Suffolk, with some flexible working available

What you'll receive

£50,000 - £55,000 pa on a 12-month FTC (strong FMCG experience will attract a higher salary)
Typically working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break
33 days annual leave entitlement
