The job
As Housekeeping Manager you'll work closely with the housekeeping teams to support them in delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation across all properties.
Working alongside the operations team and housekeeping supervisors, you'll help guide the day to day running of the department, taking a hands-on approach supporting with rota planning, team organisation and service delivery, ensuring bedrooms, public areas and accommodation are always welcoming and well cared for.
What you'll need
Experienced housekeeping professional with strong leadership and people management skills
Confident coordinating teams, handling performance matters, managing absences and resolving day to day challenges in a proactive and supportive way.
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, along with an ability to encourage and motivate others.
Driving licence and transport due to locations

The hotel is in the centre of Southwold, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£33,000 per annum
Full time employment working c.40-45 hours per week five days from seven
28 days annual leave
