The job
As Head Chef you will run the pubs kitchen operations, managing a brigade of chefs to deliver fast-paced, high quality pub food.
What you'll need
Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef looking to step up
Ability to lead, motivate and train a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Where you'll be based
The pub is based in the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh, Suffolk
What you'll receive
c.£36,000 per annum

Accommodation available in the form of a two bedroom apartment at nominal cost
28 days annual leave
