The job
As Guest Services Associate you will be responsible for the guests' journey from the time of booking to the the end of their stay, being on hand to organise extra services such as F&B, spa, and activities whilst performing to KPIs - akin to a concierge style service.
What you'll need
Exceptional customer service and guest interaction abilities
Experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting
Full driving licence and transport due to location
Where you'll be based
Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
£30,000 per annum
Full time role working five days from seven on a rota basis
Either an early or late shift, between 7am and 10pm
