The job
As General Manager you will manage all aspects of the pub's day-to-day operations with an emphasis on the F&B delivery. You'll bring ideas to the table and help to build on what is already a popular destination by increasing revenue and popularity, whilst managing a strong team of staff and engaging with the local community and wider stakeholders.
What you'll need
Proven experience as a General Manager in a gastropub, restaurant, or hotel environment
Exceptional hospitality standards
Strong leadership skills.
A demonstrable track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a team
Where you'll be based
The pub is based close to the town of Stowmarket, in a rural location
What you'll receive
£50,000 - £54,000 per annum salary
Bonus and tips equating to £10k+ per annum
28 days annual leave
