The employer
Wilderness Reserve is Located eight miles inland from the seaside town of Southwold, equal distance between Norwich and Ipswich and 2 hours from London. It is a collection of 28 cottages, farmhouses, barns and manors scattered over many thousands of acres comprising of woodlands, lakes and rolling pastures. Wilderness Reserve itself is a 30 year conservation and English nature restoration project which has incorporated the restoration of these properties by local artisans with each having its own unique character.
The job
As an Events Manager you will Lead a team delivering Large family celebrations, whole estate three day weddings and corporate functions. You will be expected to offer flawless execution with exceptional service to our guests.
What you'll need
We prefer a minimum of three years experience in events management, preferably high-end hospitality.
Excellent and efficient administration abilities
Energy and enthusiasm in abundance
An inspiring work ethic – we need people that raise the bar around them.
A passion for hospitality and creating lasting memories for our guests.
It is important that you are well-presented and courteous, in order to deliver an exemplary service to our guests.
A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.
Where you'll be based
Wilderness Reserve is located across 8000 acres, spanning Heveningham, Sibton, and Yoxford in stunning surroundings.
What you'll receive
- £30,000 per annum plus commission (ote £40,000-£50,000)
- Employed role (permanent contract)
- Working on a rota basis Monday-Sunday 5 days from 7 between 8am and 10pm
