The employer
Building contractor based in the Woodbridge area, specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and new build projects in the Suffolk Coastal region.
The job
Working closely within a small commercial team, you will undertake either a QS or Estimator role (or a hybrid of the two), responsible for pricing and cost control on residential projects up to £2m in value, liaising closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
What you'll need
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
Experience working on high-end residential projects preferred
Enthusiasm and drive to progress your career
A Full UK driving licence
Where you'll be based
The offices are based in Woodbridge, with the majority of projects based in the Suffolk Coastal region between Woodbridge and Southwold.
What you'll receive
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience
Car allowance
Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
