The Wentworth Hotel in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, is a country house hotel with exceptional sea views, who's kitchen pride themselves on preparing delicious cuisine made with fresh local produce.

The job

As demi-CDP you will working within our experienced kitchen team of 8 to deliver exceptional cuisine to approximately 60-120 covers, working 5 days from 7 both lunch and dinner service. You will be ready to learn and improve your existing skill level and strive to become the best chef you can be, under the guidance of a supportive team.

What you'll need

Experience as a CDP or Commis Chef looking to progress
Commitment to delivering exceptional service under the guidance of our experienced kitchen team
Loyalty and dedication, with a willingness to learn and improve

Where you'll be based

The Wentworth Hotel holds a prominent location on Aldeburgh seafront, on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

What you'll receive

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Share of tips
Employed role (permanent contract) 45 hour week
Onsite accommodation available at the cost of £45 per week
Closed at Christmas
