The job

As Chef de Partie you will work in a busy and vibrant kitchen where you will be butchering meat and filleting fish, a great learning opportunity. You'll contribute to busy services, cooking a brasserie style menu.

What you'll need

Minimum 12 months experience in a commercial kitchen
An excellent attitude towards teamwork, being a key contributor to a settled brigade
A passion and commitment to learning
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Where you'll be based

The hotel is in the coastal town of Southwold, Suffolk

What you'll receive

£30,300 per annum basic salary
Tips equating to approximately £3.5k-£6k per year
Working 5 days out of 7, 48 hours per week
Shared accommodation available at a nominal cost
Promotion and progression opportunities across the group
