An established and reputable construction, project management and design & development company completing architect and client-led residential building projects predominantly in Norfolk and Suffolk.
The job
As Carpenter Foreman, you will be responsible for completing carpentry and joinery work on high-end residential projects, including large country house refurbishments, whilst taking a leadership role on site, taking time to mentor and train our promising group of younger tradesmen. We have a consistent book of work (currently two years ahead) and decades-long relationships with prominent architects. We employ our trades and have a well-established team of craftsmen.
What you'll need
Qualified or time served Carpenter
Experience working on high-end residential projects
Passion for training and mentoring the younger generation
A Full UK driving licence
Where you'll be based
The majority of projects are based in the Suffolk Coastal region between Woodbridge and Aldeburgh.
What you'll receive
- £21.00 - £25.00 per hour employed
- Monday to Friday working week
- Company van
- Performance bonuses
- 28 days annual leave
