A newly created role within an established and busy fresh-food café located within a popular garden centre lifestyle store. As General Manager you will have full oversight of the café, reporting directly to the owners and working with them to deliver their vision. You will lead both front and back of house, working closely with the Head Chef and the Restaurant Manager to drive the quality of food and standards of service, as well as having a firm handle on the commercial aspects of the business; managing budgets, staffing levels, supplier management, wastage, compliance, etc.
