The job
As Business Development Executive you'll collaborate with outstanding hospitality businesses in international markets, cultivating and managing key accounts while fostering lasting business relationships.
You'll be responsible for strategically expanding business through effective networking and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, earning trust through consistently excellent customer service - no cold calling or hard selling here although it is a results driven role with commission to reflect this. You'll be from a hospitality background and leverage this knowledge to become a trusted partner.
What you'll need
Experience in B2B sales or account management preferred
Experience within the hospitality industry
An interest in wine and WSET qualification preferred
Ambitious and tenacious
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; adept in written and verbal communication.
Proficient in influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and determined individual.
Where you'll be based
The offices are based close to Martlesham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
Realistic OTE of £30,000 - £35,000
Working week Monday-Friday, working 37 hours per week
