The job

As Bookkeeper you will manage the company finances, reporting directly to the MD and helping to shape the financial future as the business continues to grow.
You'll manage and monitor QuickBooks daily; reconcile the accounts, processing invoices, and credit control; updating pricing; processing payroll; manage expenses; manage cashflow, and provide reporting and forecasting on a monthly basis.
You'll also support the Managing Director with future growth prospects and financial administrative tasks as well as being involved in stock control and inventory management.

What you'll need

Drive to grow your career with an expanding company
Minimum of two years experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
AAT Level 3 or equivalent
Experience of using QuickBooks
The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through emails
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team

Where you'll be based

The offices are based close to Thurston, Suffolk, in a rural location

What you'll receive

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
