We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, prepare drinks to a high standard, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the bar runs smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding licensing and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to pub standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including glassware, equipment, and surfaces.
- Operate the till, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and manage tabs.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with licensing laws.
- Restock and rotate beverages, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance issues.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
- Deliver a warm, positive atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
