As Bar & Pavilion Manager you will oversee the Sports Pavilion operations, responsible for managing the bar function and its staff, ensuring high standards of beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
The sports pavilion is open all year round providing a service to rugby, football and cricket teams. The majority of hours will be September to April inclusive, with opportunities for hours throughout the summer months.

You'll open and close the bar as key holder, hire and train staff and manage rotas, maintain the condition of stock and ensure all equipment and pipes are kept clean and serviceable, reorder supplies while managing budgets, organise cleaning staff and linen/laundry, and more.
