The job
A food-led role, as Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager you will run, oversee, and manage the front of house service within the Lakes Restaurant and Orchard Bar & Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times within a busy environment.

Where you'll be based
The resort is located close to the Suffolk/Essex border, 20 minutes from Colchester and 30 minutes from Ipswich
What you'll receive
£29,000 - £31,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working 42.5 hours per week 5 days from 7
