The job


As Sous Chef you will support the established Head Chef in the management and motivation of the kitchen team, assisting in menu planning and development and ensuring exemplary standards are always met.

 

What you'll need


Experience as a Sous Chef working in a restaurant or hotel

A commitment to using fresh local produce

Good understanding of food hygiene standards and legislation

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

 

Where you'll be based


The hotel is in the quiet village of Thorpeness on the Suffolk coast

 

What you'll receive


- £30,000 - £33,000 per annum dependent on experience

- Working 45 hours per week, 5 days from 7 predominantly straight shifts
