The Bell Hotel is a 19th century coaching inn, one of the last to be built in the UK, that has undergone recent, extensive renovations and is fast-establishing itself as a coveted destination for locals and tourists alike. The hotel has two dining rooms, a bar, and currently 10 letting rooms, with more to be added later in the year. As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our fantastic Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations in our recently refurbished state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. We cook using seasonally available local produce to develop new and exciting menus and pride ourselves on cooking to a two AA rosette standard, which you will help to champion.
What you'll need
A passion for cooking high quality food, preferably to a two AA rosette standard
Experience as a Sous Chef, or an experienced CDP looking to progress
A hands-on and lead-by-example work style to deliver an exceptional performance and guest experience

What you'll receive
- £29,000 - £31,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Live-in accommodation available
- Gratuities (c.£200-£400 pm)
