Mauldon's is Suffolk's oldest brewery, having been associated with traditional, award-winning beers for over 200 years. It is part of Nedging Hall Estate, a group of local hospitality venues with exciting growth ambitions and environmental and sustainability targets.
Due to investment and expansion in the infrastructure of the brewery, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the overall sales strategy of our beers, ales, and stouts, which are brewed only from the finest East Anglian malted barley, traditional English hops, water and brewing yeast.
As Sales Manager, you will develop and build on relationships with our existing customers to generate sales growth, as well as actively prospect target pubs to generate new business. As a small team, you will be expected to be on the frontline, spending a large part of the week on the road meeting potential customers.

Proven experience of devising and implementing sales strategies
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - communicates clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

Driven, results focused and motivated to achieve and exceed KPI’s
Full UK driving licence
Where you'll be based
The brewery and offices are located in Sudbury, Suffolk, however you will spend much of your time out on the road visiting existing and potential clients in Suffolk, Essex, south Norfolk, and east Cambridgeshire.
What you'll receive
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum basic salary dependent on experience
- Car allowance of 10%
