A prominent hospitality group operating ten properties in the Suffolk Coastal region, including 2 rosette hotel, brassiere style restaurant, and more traditional pubs.
As Roaming Chef you will support the teams of the various pub and restaurant kitchens, providing cover as required and bringing valuable experience, including taking the lead in kitchens in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be comfortable in a 2 rosette kitchen as well as cooking more traditional simplistic pub food. Our chefs do not tend to exceed 45 hours per week, so this is a great role for work-life balance.
What you'll need
Experience in a Sous Chef role, either in a pub or restaurant environment
Flexibility to cook different food in different environments
Ability to step into a Head Chef role to cover absences
Commitment to using fresh local produce
A full UK driving licence to travel between the properties
Where you'll be based
You'll be happy to travel between the ten properties, based between Aldeburgh in the south and Wrentham in the north - all within sensible commuting distance in the Suffolk Coastal area.

- £35,000 per annum
