The company


A luxury hotel, 2AA rosette restaurant, bar, spa, and wedding venue located in beautiful south Suffolk. Currently 10 bedrooms, expanding to 15 later this year.

 

The job


As Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager, you will take a pivotal role in the operational leadership of the F&B team, with a focus on product knowledge, training, and quality of service. You will need to be the kind of person who has a natural inclination towards excellence in every detail and be able to motivate others to achieve it. Leading by example, you will take great pride in what you and your team do.

What you'll need


Minimum two years experience in a restaurant supervisor, assistant manager, or manager position

Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality

Ability to lead and mentor more junior staff

A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.

Commitment to delivering high levels of service

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

 

Where you'll be based


The hotel is based on the outskirts of Hadleigh in beautiful rural south Suffolk

 

What you'll receive


- £32,000 - £36,000 per annum dependent on experience plus tips

- Full time employment, working 40-48 hours per week on a rota basis

- Working 5 days from 7

- An opportunity to grow with the business as it expands

- 28 days annual leave
